Shipping

Every order is packed by hand in a linen pouch and recycled kraft, with a handwritten note. We ship to Canada and the United States.

• Standard: $12, or free on orders of $75 and over
• Express: $20

Prices and shipping are charged in Canadian dollars in Canada and US dollars in the United States. You will receive tracking by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Returns

If a piece is not right, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund to your original payment. Pieces must be unworn, undamaged and returned in their original pouch and packaging. Gifts are refunded as store credit.

To start a return, write to us through our contact page with your order number. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are not refunded.

Earrings are final sale

For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged. If an earring arrives with a manufacturing defect, tell us within 30 days and we will repair or replace it.

Care and repair

Cleaning, polishing and repair are complimentary within the first six months of ownership. Small variations between pieces are part of how they are made, not flaws.
